Torpedo Bay
Walk down to the end of Vauxhall Road – it turns into Church Street – and you arrive at the waterfront. Turn left and wander along King Edward Parade towards North Head and in five minutes you’ll come to Torpedo Bay.
North Head
North Head, or Maungauika, is a volcanic headland on the north east of the peninsular. It is an unparalleled spot for viewing the Hauraki Gulf and Auckland harbour.
